Library

The NBA Technical Library ("Library") serves New Zealand members of the National Beekeeperss' Association in providing books, magazines and videos for loan. The Library includes beekeeping books from many popular authors going back to the 1940’s and more recent editions. Magazines are subscribed to or exchanged from a range of countries including the USA, Canada, Australia and UK. Videos and DVDs are available for loan.

Borrowing is for a period of one month. They may be renewed if not required by other borrowers. Loan and outward postage is to be reimbursed with the return of books. We endeavour to send all borrowings as economically as possible. A small rental of $1 per book, video or DVD is due as well as $1 per magazine posting (up to 5 magazines).

The National Beekeepers Association library is housed in a specially outfitted container located in Ashburton.
